International Shipping

We ship our carpets to most European countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

• Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days within the EU.

• Customs & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes; the customer is responsible for these fees.

Packaging & Handling

All carpets are carefully rolled, wrapped, and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile or premium items may require additional protective packaging.
