Design and Material Preparation

The carpet pattern is created, and colors and materials are selected (wool, silk, cotton, or synthetic fibers). The yarn is dyed and prepared for weaving.

Weaving or Knotting

The pattern is formed on the base (warp). In handmade carpets, each knot is tied by an artisan, while in machine-made carpets, the design is created automatically on a loom.

Finishing and Processing

The pile is trimmed to the desired height, the carpet is washed and dried. Quality control is performed, edges are finished, and the carpet is ready for sale.
